I have registered with Cricinfo in the past. Will my login work?
If you have registered with cricinfo in the past for any of our other products – slogout!, cricinfo cricket quiz, daily etc, you need not register again. You can directly login with your email ID and password
I have created a team. When do I start accumulating points?
Points are calculated within a few hours of completion of a days play. When you login, in the dashboard page, we announce the latest scoring update for the last match.
How many team changes are allowed?
The number of team changes allowed before and during various stages of a fantasy game are either unlimited or restricted. For a detailed schedule on team changes for this fantasy game, click here
What is a transfer?

At every instance, when you move out a player from your team and move in another player to take the former's place, it's called a 'transfer'.

If you move out more than one player and replace them before confirming your team, you would have made as many transfers.

Please note that if you move out a player and confirm your team, and again move in the same player again to confirm your team the second time, you will have made two transfers, not one - even though only one player will be shown under 'sold players'.

For example,

Step 1: Move out player A, and move in player B and confirm your team.

Transfer count : 1
Sold Players List: A

Step 1: Move out player B, and move in player A and confirm your team.

Transfer count : 2
Sold Players List: B

I changed my team while the match was on. But, still I didn't score the points, why?
Each of the matches in a fantasy game has an associated cut-off time. Your team configuration at the cut-off time is only taken into account for scoring points for that match. While your team changes are accepted and visible in your 'teams' page, they are used for scoring points with regard to the next cut-off time only. What are leagues and how do I participate in one?

'Leagues' allow you to play the fantasy game while competing with a group of other players known to you.

To be part of a league, you can either create a league and send invites to your friends to join you on cricinfo fantasy cricket or you can join a league if you have got an invitation from another user.

Creating a league - When you have created a league, you will need to go to the league page to invite your friend(s). Your friend(s) will receive a unique code (LPIN) as part of the invitation e-mail. Please note that the LPIN is not generated on the web page, but sent to your friends via e-mail.

Joining a League - To join an existing league, you will need an invitation e-mail from another user. When any of your friend(s) creates a league and sends you an invite, you will receive an invitation e-mail which will contain a unique code (LPIN). You will need to visit the 'join league' page, select your team and enter this LPIN to join the league.

What is an LPIN and how is it useful?

When you invite your friends to join a league, the system generates a unique code, which we call an LPIN and this code is sent via email to your friend(s) to help them join your league.

In the same manner, if you have received an e-mail to join a league, the e-mail would contain an LPIN. You will need to visit the 'join league' page, select your team and enter this LPIN to join the league.
